Nobody on your team is difficult. Something is making them behave that way.

The conflict you keep mediating, the performer you keep losing, the meeting that keeps going nowhere – none of it fixes itself, and none of it is a mystery once the behaviour is on the table. Bill works with Australian businesses to measure what’s driving the team, name it, and work on it.

If you’ve mediated the same argument twice this quarter, this is the right next step.

The problem isn't that people are difficult. It's that nobody has made the behaviour visible.

You know something isn’t right. The project channel went quiet the day the deadline moved. Two of your managers haven’t spoken directly in a month, and the rest of the team routes around them. The one-on-one ended at “all good” and you both knew it wasn’t. None of that is a capability problem. It’s a visibility problem.

When you can see what’s actually driving the behaviour — how each person takes in information, where their energy comes from, how they respond under pressure, how they handle conflict and risk — you have something real to work with. Not assumptions. Evidence.

That’s what this engagement does.

This engagement is ideal for:

This engagement is not for:

A diagnostic that goes deeper than a personality type

Most behavioural assessments sort people into types. This process does something different.

The tool Bill uses — the Entrepleio® psychometric — measures leadership behaviour across 10 distinct facets, including how people process information, where their energy comes from, how they relate to risk, how they lead under pressure, and the balance between their Head, Heart, and Gut in decision-making.

The result is a detailed, specific picture of each person’s behavioural patterns and how those patterns interact with the people and pressures around them. It doesn’t assign a label. It creates a conversation.

What the assessment measures

The Entrepleio® assessment measures 10 leadership facets across cognitive, emotional, and interpersonal dimensions:

How the engagement works

1

First, what's actually going on

Understanding your organisation, your team dynamics, and what you’re trying to learn — so the assessment is set up to answer the right questions for your specific context, not a generic template.

2

Measure the behaviour, not the personalities

Each participant completes the Entrepleio® assessment online. It measures 10 leadership facets across cognitive, emotional, and interpersonal dimensions and takes approximately 30–45 minutes.

3

Each person sees their own pattern, privately

Each participant receives their full report. Within seven days, Bill conducts a one-on-one call to walk through the findings in context — ensuring what’s on the page connects to what’s actually happening in their leadership and their team.

4

The team sees the pattern together

A facilitated group session where collective insights are explored — examining how each person’s behavioural patterns interact with the team’s dynamics, and what that means for communication, decision-making, culture, and performance. This is where individual awareness becomes team intelligence.

5

What to do on Monday

Findings are translated into concrete development actions, team strategies, and leadership decisions — turning behavioural insight into outcomes that show up in how your team actually works.

What it costs and how it runs

Consulting engagements are scoped to fit the size and complexity of your team. Whether you’re working with a single leader or an executive group, the structure is confirmed in your initial strategy call — so you’re not paying for more than you need.

Every engagement includes:

FAQ

Is this a personality test?

No. The Entrepleio® assessment is not a personality test and does not assign personality types or labels. It measures behavioural patterns across 10 leadership facets — which is a meaningfully different approach. The aim is insight and development, not categorisation.

Yes. The assessment can be delivered with individual leaders or across a full leadership team. When used with a team, the collective data provides a powerful picture of how the group’s behavioural dynamics are shaping performance, communication, and culture.

Most engagements begin with a single assessment cycle, but the insights often inform an ongoing consulting relationship. What makes sense for your context will become clear in the initial strategy call.

The assessment takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete online. Individual discovery calls are scheduled within seven days of receiving the report. Where a group discovery session is included, the full engagement typically runs over three to five weeks — depending on the number of participants and scheduling.
