Workplace behaviour that erodes culture, creates conflict, and drives people out doesn’t fix itself. Bill Gasiamis works with Australian businesses to make the behavioural dynamics affecting their teams visible — and gives them a clear, evidence-informed path to address them.
Most organisations know something isn’t right. Conflict keeps surfacing. Communication breaks down under pressure. A few people are quietly dragging the culture in a direction nobody chose. The problem isn’t capability — it’s visibility.
When you can see what’s actually driving behaviour — how people process information, where their energy comes from, how they respond under pressure, how they relate to conflict and risk — you have something real to work with. Not assumptions. Not guesswork. Evidence.
That’s what this engagement does.
Most behavioural assessments sort people into types. This process does something different.
The tool Bill uses — the Entrepleio® psychometric — measures leadership behaviour across 10 distinct facets, including how people process information, where their energy comes from, how they relate to risk, how they lead under pressure, and the balance between their Head, Heart, and Gut in decision-making.
The result is a detailed, specific picture of each person’s behavioural patterns and how those patterns interact with the people and pressures around them. It doesn’t assign a label. It creates a conversation.
The Entrepleio® assessment measures 10 leadership facets across cognitive, emotional, and interpersonal dimensions:
Since December 2025, Victorian employers are legally required to identify and control psychosocial hazards — including poor leadership behaviour, low role clarity, and inadequate support. This engagement makes those risks visible, specific, and addressable.
Understanding your organisation, your team dynamics, and what you’re trying to learn — so the assessment is set up to answer the right questions for your specific context, not a generic template.
Each participant completes the Entrepleio® assessment online. It measures 10 leadership facets across cognitive, emotional, and interpersonal dimensions and takes approximately 30–45 minutes.
Each participant receives their full report. Within seven days, Bill conducts a one-on-one call to walk through the findings in context — ensuring what’s on the page connects to what’s actually happening in their leadership and their team.
A facilitated group session where collective insights are explored — examining how each person’s behavioural patterns interact with the team’s dynamics, and what that means for communication, decision-making, culture, and performance. This is where individual awareness becomes team intelligence.
Findings are translated into concrete development actions, team strategies, and leadership decisions — turning behavioural insight into outcomes that show up in how your team actually works.
Consulting engagements are scoped to fit the size and complexity of your team. Whether you’re working with a single leader or an executive group, the structure is confirmed in your initial strategy call — so you’re not paying for more than you need.
Every engagement includes:
No. The Entrepleio® assessment is not a personality test and does not assign personality types or labels. It measures behavioural patterns across 10 leadership facets — which is a meaningfully different approach. The aim is insight and development, not categorisation.
Yes. The assessment can be delivered with individual leaders or across a full leadership team. When used with a team, the collective data provides a powerful picture of how the group’s behavioural dynamics are shaping performance, communication, and culture.
Yes. The Occupational Health and Safety (Psychological Health) Regulations 2025 require Victorian employers to identify and control psychosocial hazards — including those created by leadership behaviour and team dynamics. This engagement makes those hazards visible and gives you a documented, evidence-informed response. Bill always recommends working with your legal or HR advisors to ensure your broader compliance obligations are met.
Most engagements begin with a single assessment cycle, but the insights often inform an ongoing consulting relationship. What makes sense for your context will become clear in the initial strategy call.
The assessment takes approximately 30–45 minutes to complete online. Individual discovery calls are scheduled within seven days of receiving the report. Where a group discovery session is included, the full engagement typically runs over three to five weeks — depending on the number of participants and scheduling.
